As a Spanish DMC, we know the best hotels in each destination, we know the contacts at each hotel and we know how much we can reduce rates and what little extras should be included in your contract…for example:
- Free rooms/upgrades for X amount of bedrooms reserved
- A clause stating you can re-use or re-sell the rooms in case of cancellation within a 12 month period
- Ensure your cancellation/attrition penalties are minimum
- Include extras such as a free meeting room/a free welcome cocktail/extra rooms free of charge etc
