Costa del Sol Itinerary

Day 1
Guest arrivals
Executive coach transfer and private check in to your hotel.
Cocktail reception in the gardens of your hotel with low key background live classical music and Jazz band.

Day 2
Activities: Golfing at Valderrama, Sailing on the Mediterranean, Deep-sea fishing, Horseback riding in the Grazalema Nature Reserve, Watersports in Marbella, team building activities on the lake in Istán.

Moroccan Evening: Buffet dinner reception at the Babilonia Palace – a Moroccan Palace-style restaurant and night-club with several outdoor courtyards. Moroccan entertainment with snake charmers, fire eaters, traditional music and dancing.
After the meal there will be a Discotheque at the Babilonia Palace Night Club Olivia Valere – one of the most exclusive night-clubs in Europe.

Day 3
Full day private guided cultural tour to Seville, Granada or Ronda. Visit some of the most breathtaking sites in the world – afterwards we will have lunch at a Bodega or a century-old Watermill to sample typical Spanish Tapas (small plates of food), cheeses and wine.

Gala Dinner in the spectacular grounds of the century old manor ‘Finca de la Concepción’.
The evening will begin with a dancing horse show upon arrival in the courtyard where you will be served a selection of Spanish cured meats and fresh fish canapés along with different wines and champagnes from each major wine and champagne region served by waiters in traditional flamenco Spanish attire.
Gala dinner with background music – Spanish Guitarists.
After the meal we will enjoy a Spanish Coro Rocio followed by a spectacular Flamenco show and a fireworks display.

Day 4
Guest departures.
Executive coach transfer to Málaga Airport.

Madrid Itinerary

Day 1
Guest arrivals

Day 2
Visit Toledo, just 45 minutes from Madrid and declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Town in 1987. It is almost impossible to walk it’s streets without coming across an ancient mosque, a Gothic or Mudejar Church, a Romanesque or Visigothic structure, a synagogue or Renaissance Palace. Toledo is the perfect setting for mini treasure hunts incorporating sightseeing and teambuilding exercises.

Gala Dinner at the impressive Viñuelas Castle, a 16th Century Castle and surrounding estate located just 20 minutes from Madrid’s city centre. This magical place will transport you to a different world from the bustling and cosmopolitan city of Madrid. A long and winding driveway weaving amongst the wild reindeer and traditional olive trees leads you to Viñuelas Castle. Guests can enjoy cocktails in its impeccably kept gardens followed by an evening meal in one of the many impressive and medieval banqueting rooms.
Entertainment: Spanish Guitarists during the meal followed by Tango dancers and music.

Day 3
A City tour with a difference! Enjoy the wonderful sights of this spectacular city from the winding and traditional streets of the old town to the World famous Art Museums El Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia. Most importantly you will be accompanied by an animated guide who will ensure that guests not only experience the magnificent sights of Madrid but also enjoy many laughs along the way.

Lunch at the traditional restaurant “La Posada de la Villa”, a converted Inn built in 1642 and a firm favourite amongst “Madrileños” since it became a restaurant in 1982.
Guests can also choose to travel to a private manor outside Madrid to practice archery and clay pigeon shooting, or to experience the beauty of Madrid’s countryside on horseback or by jeep safari.

In the afternoon guests can continue to enjoy the cultural city sights or take advantage to explore Europe’s shopping paradise.

Gala dinner at the spectacular Casino in the heart of Madrid. This luxurious and private club (of which the King of Spain is a member and a regular social visitor) will impress even the most demanding client.

The rooftop terrace is the perfect setting for cocktails and overlooks some of Madrid’s most impressive monuments which are magically lit up at night. We will celebrate the gala dinner in one of the many ornate and exquisitely designed banqueting rooms. Entertainment: One of Spain’s famous magicians will surprise guests during the cocktail reception followed by a contemporary Flamenco/Ballet dance groups after the meal.

Barcelona Itinerary

Day 1
Guest arrivals

Cocktail reception aboard a yacht to a private cove where we will have an informal BBQ on the beach, followed by fun dancing with a Cuban Band, hand drums and trumpets.

Day 2
Medieval Day
at the impressive 14th Century Monastery of Sant Miguel del Fai.
Perched on a precipitous overlooking a valley the views alone will leave guests in awe. This ancient monastery with cascading waterfalls and stunning scenery is the ideal setting for theme activities and events where we can organise a wide range of different theme events. From the Fairy Tale of Robin Hood, Murder Mystery Tours and the unforgettable legend of Don Quixote to recreating the atmosphere and time period of the 14th Century lives of the monks whom originally resided here, Sant Miguel del Fait is a hidden jewel which is sure to leave guests with wonderful memories of an unforgettable day out.

Gala Diner
at the unique Casa Batlló; original home to the famous architect Antonio Gaudi. Designed in his unmistakable style, Casa Batlló has become one of Barcelona’s most exclusive venues for special events. Background Spanish Guitarists throughout the meal followed by a recreation of the Carmen Opera including some of Spain’s most famous sopranos.

Day 3
Recreate the electric atmosphere of the Olympic Games at Barcelona’s Olympic Stadium, host to the 1992 Olympic Games.
Enjoy lunch at a seafront restaurant at the Olympic village followed by a tour of Barcelona City with an optional shopping trip.
James bond fantasy evening at the casino: Guests arrive at a secret casino location, greeted by beautiful Bond Girls and served Pimm’s whilst trying their hand at Russian Roulette and Black Jack. Throughout the meal the infamous Bond Characters will be present and interacting with the guests awaiting the arrival of 007...

Day 4
Guest departures.

Actors can be incorporated in to all of the tours, activities and gala evenings to create a surreal scene, unbelievable situation, surprise and fun! In the past, the incorporation of actors has been a great way to catch attention and make the day or evening memorable.
